Junk mail invitations from card companies despite bad credit card loans

[January 13, 2011]

The very fact that there is an increase in junk mail, for those with bad credit loans, is ample proof that card companies do not want their card holders to have a good credit score. How else can one explain the numerous card invitations to apply for additional cards despite having bad credit loans? The easiest way to damage one`s credit score would be to maximize your credit limit. The simplest way to fall into this trap would be to apply for many cards. Yet, the junk mail from major credit card companies continue to pour in with exciting introductory offers, such as 0% on balance transfers, as well as new purchases. This move would be enough cause, for anyone with a good credit score to fall into the many traps, and end up having a bad credit score.

Bad credit loans are not to be relied upon as they carry a heavy interest rate, and are called subprime loans. This is due to the fact that the lenders will have to protect themselves from borrowers who have low credit scores. However, for someone with a high FICO score of over 720, there will be no cause for worry about the higher interest rates with regard to the subprime mortgages or the car loans. However, if the credit scores should fall, then there might be a range of bad offers with regard to mortgage or auto loans.
