I want look at tranfer about an $11,000.00 balance to get a lower rate and then maybe pay the balance off. What is the best deal available?

Answer:

The choice depends on your FICO score. If you have excellent to good credit, you can apply for More® Card from Discover®. It has a zero APR on balance transfers for up to 12 months and no annual fee. Plus, you can take advantage of a great cash back program and earn up to 5% rebates on your everyday purchases.

Platinum card from Capital One® is designed for people with good credit. It will let you cut down your finance charge. You will have a 0% interest rate on balance transfers and no annual fee.

People with average score will like Platinum Visa card from Capital One. It comes with a low ongoing APR on balance transfers - 8.9%. Another advantage is that the offer has no balance transfer fee!

Keep in mind that if you have a large debt, it is very unlikely that you can move the whole amount onto a single credit card. Many lenders allow transferring only a portion of such a debt, for example $8,000. The decision will depend on your credit history and annual income. But even if you can transfer only a portion of your debt, you can save a significant amount of money on interest charges and increase your credit utilization ratio (that is good for your FICO score).

how do i obtain an instant approval and instant use credit card

Answer:

When it comes to instant approval offers, it's your credit score that matters. Most instant approval cards are designed for customers whose credit is near to perfect.

Applying for these cards, you don't have to wait for ages until you finally get a decision from your lender. But it doesn't mean that you can use the card right after the application. Generally, instant use accounts are provided by major retailers who want to appeal customers to make some big-ticket purchase.
